Privacy policy
This document describes how we handle information on this website. It does not replace the shipping service agreement made when you open your locker.
What information reaches us
This site has no contact forms and no user accounts. The only information that can reach us through the site is the tracking number you type on the tracking page, plus anything you choose to include when you message us on WhatsApp or call.
The tracking number
When you look up a tracking number, that number travels to our server and from there to the carrier's system to fetch the shipment status. We do not store it against you, we do not build a history of your lookups, and we do not use it for advertising. The answer is shown on your screen and is not retained.
Warehouse photos
If your shipment has photos taken at the warehouse, those images are served through our own server using a temporary, single-purpose link, and are not publicly accessible. We never publish or share package photos with third parties.
WhatsApp and calls
When you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation lives on WhatsApp's platform under its own policies. We keep the message history for as long as needed to handle your shipment and meet our obligations. We do not sell or pass your number to third parties.
Site analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate and without cookies. There are no persistent identifiers, no profiling and no cross-site tracking. That is why this site shows no cookie banner: it does not use them.
Who we share information with
Only the providers needed to deliver the service: the carrier and the customs authorities where the law requires it, and our web hosting providers. We do not sell information to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, except for what we are required to keep under customs or accounting rules. Message us on WhatsApp at +505 8569 6165 or come by the branch.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we update the date shown above. Changes take effect when published on this page.
